Anyone have a pregnancy sex life??

If it's not enough that I'm a whale and constantly sore...but we literally haven't had a sex life since I was around 24w!!
I try to initiate things but he gets weirded out 😂😂 I totally respect this but ughhh 😭😭 he actually said he won't even do oral incase he licks the babies head 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ not so smart 30yr old man 😂😂

Yep my DH got totally weirded out by it too, it wasn’t that he didn’t find me attractive (well I hope not!) but he just thought he would hurt the baby. No reassurance made any difference I’m afraid , we only really had sex in positions where he couldn’t actually see my bump. I wasn’t happy about it but in all other ways he was the perfect father to be and is an an amazing dad and our sex life was soon back to normal .

i find sex is best during pregnancy if we both get in the mood and forgot i am pregnant we have great fun.I say the hormones makes things more intense

I have placenta previa and a history of preterm birth so I've been put on pelvic rest the entire pregnancy; no sex or orgasms! I'm only 2e weeks and climbing the walls! Not allowed to exercise either so there is no release AT ALL!! Super pent-up and stressed!!

I can't stand my DH at the moment Confused thankfully he understands the pregnancy hormones! It's been much worse this time with twins compared to my last singleton pregnancy. Had sex twice in the past 12 weeks Blush. Hip pain isn't helping matters either

My sex drive has just completely vanished. In fact sex kinda repulses me at the moment.

28 weeks and haven't had sex since conception. Was throwing up for the first 22 and then swapped that for piles; also don't want to be touched at all. I do concede to a nice session of holding hands on the sofa, lucky old DP Grin

With DS I seem to remember having a great sex life 2nd trimester/early 3rd... However we’ve had a couple of miscarriages since then and with this pregnancy (30 weeks) I have placenta previa so we haven’t had sex the whole pregnancy for those reasons 😳

29 weeks and have had sex about 4 times, all of those in the 2nd trimester Blush

I just don't have much of a sex drive, and the aches and pains are a tad distracting now! Thankfully DH is super understanding and puts zero pressure on me at all.

32 weeks and dtd most nights. I’m huge but feeling well, if tired, and it makes things feel normal and close.

He needs an anatomy lesson. If he could touch the baby’s head it would be half out!

I'm very envious of those with a decent sex life. Getting pregnant (first time) just ruined sex for me.

licking the babies head made me laugh, guys are so squeamish lol! I am 21 weeks and have been having sex and enjoying it however last week week my partner said he couldn't stop thinking about the baby because he could see my stomach and felt bad so couldn't finish😂😂😂

Not had sex since a month before this pregnancy. I'm 32+5. Oh and it was immaculate conception (ivf). Feeling very starved for affection, physical contact.

But as soon as the constant nausea went, the pelvic girdle pain started. I honestly don't think I'd enjoy the experience if we tried! Dh is far too freaked out to try. The break was nice at first (after 2 and a half years, ttc sex was fairly perfunctory)... but I'm a total hot dog these days!!! Oh the frustration!

My DP is very much the same. We dtd maybe 5 times during my 1st pregnancy and this time around it's been a little better...5 times so far and I'm 25 weeks. DP thinks he's going to poke baby in the head and cause brain damage 😂 I've reassured him he's no way near big enough for that to ever be an issue but he won't have it.

33 weeks here and not had sex for about 6 weeks (ish) I love my husband and find him very attractive but I have literally never felt so unattractive in my life! I just can't get in the mood!! Sad

I like pregnancy sex but there's no comfortable position. Always end up with a stitch! My husband isn't fazed at all though. Not one bit! Even with the hemmorhoids :/ lol.

25 weeks here and absolutely zero interest at all. I am constantly exhausted it would require far too much effort SmileSmile
