Does a second c Section make overhang worse?

Hi, for anyone who has had 2 c sections and had an overhang after the first one.... did the second c section make it worse or not? Thanks

I've had 2 sections and my overhang is very very minimal I would say the second actually made it go down the only reason it got bigger was because I put on weight. Having a other section with this baby and not really worried about it to be honest.

No,mine is much better after the second. She did remove some old scar tissue and tidy things up a bit (my old scar was a mess due to infections and slow healing), so I imagine that helped.

Mine was better for a while as like the pp it was 'tidied up'. But ten years on it's dreadful - aging and putting on a bit of weight - massive overhang as there is no muscle there to support it - I don't think I'll ever get rid of it now no matter how much weight I lose. I hate it.

Everyone's bodies are different though... I do think it is more challenging to manage that area after a second cs, but I'm sure it would be possible.

I had an overhang after the first. The second didn't make it any worse. Had a third 5 days ago so watch this space

Mine looked better after the second, as I assume the surgeon did a better job of tidying up afterwards.

It doesn't look after the third though....

Ive had 4 sections, my overhang got worse but then my babies got substantially bigger so that hasnt helped.
