I don't know if I'm pregnant! Help?

Hello, I'm only 16 but, I'm having some problems. My cycle is typically 32 days long however i am over 40 days late for my period now, meaning I have missed 2 periods, almost 3. I have been feeling a little run down however, other than that I have not had any other symptoms. I had unprotected sex 3-4 weeks before my period was due but I was fairly sure he pulled out quick enough. I took 2 tests about 3-4 weeks ago and both where negative. I took one in the afternoon and one in the morning. Has anyone had a similar experience? Could I be pregnant? I'm meant to get my implant next week and they will test me then but what if there's something else wrong? I wouldn't mind a baby however I would prefer not to have one.

First of all there is no such thing as pulling out quickly enough, you can pregnant from precum as soon as the penis enters. If you have missed almost 3 periods a test should have come up positive 3-4 weeks ago if you were. I would try and get an frer (first response) pregnancy test as these are more accurate especially early on. If it's still negative you need to mention it to the doctor before you get your implant. Have you considered having a chat with your mum? You're quite young and I imagine quite nervous about this, and your mum might be able to help?

I talked with her a little about it but honestly, my mum and I aren't really close when it comes to those kinds of discussions

Hi, I didn't want to read & run. I'd definitely test again, maybe worth a visit to the GP? I was pregnant at 16, had my son at 17 and he's now a lovely, lively 8 month old! I tested when my period was only 4 days late and it came back positive, so I'd be quite surprised that it showed negative both times if you are pregnant. Take care of yourself x

Which tests did you use? I'd try again with your first pee with a Clear Blue one that can detect early.

What I meant is that I could take care of one if need be however, I would prefer not to if possible. Thank you, I'll make sure to pick up a clearblue test tomorrow while I'm out.

You'll be over 10 weeks pregnant by now so you need to get a test done immediately!

Thank you! I contacted my doctor today and made an appointment so fingers crossed I'll get my results soon. I'll be sure to update.

Doctor has planned a blood test and if that comes up negative, suggested an ultrasound just to see if there is anything wrong. Thank you for everyones help, I'll write on the thread if there's gonna be a little baby in a few months
