Looking for some advice to hopefully prevent me panicking. I’m 7+3 and due my booking in appointment on thuraday. Earlier this afternoon I had some dark brownish discharge or spotting when wiping. I’ve been fine since, but just had more brown on the toilet paper just now (sorry if this it TMI) My local midwife unit is not staffed overnight and the literature says unless it’s an emergency to wait until morning. I can call the regional hospital (3hrs away) and they will contact a local midwife if necessary but I’m trying to convince myself that’s not necessary and I’m actually OK. I’ve read that brown bleeding without pain is common and nothing to worry about, but also I’m worried that something may be wrong. What would you all do?
