BFP after m/c October 2018! Don't feel I can be excited and looking for support

I got a BFP on two tests (taken simultaneously this AM with FMU as both cheapies-one HCG & one Tesco)!
Images attached as I almost can't trust my own eyes but know they are positive results.

I so want to be excited and I'm desperately trying to be positive and just enjoy & take each day as it comes but I'm so afraid of the same outcome. This is on my 3rd cycle post m/c.

Natural Cycles predicts that I'm 4+3 based on my last predicted ovulation. I suspectedI might be as I've been feeling nauseous a lot in the last half a week, my boobs feel massive, feel like they have gone up a cup size already and are pretty sore. I'm also sore in my armpits and getting stretching pains in my ribcage! I have a short cycle 23-24 days and did not test until today which is day 28/29.

The last time I was pregnant (which was my first pregnancy that ended in the miscarriage) I was getting a lot of cramping behind my pubic mound, almost like spasms of my cervix and then eventually the miscarriage followed. I have had nothing like this before, just an occasional dull ache in my lower abdo but nothing painful like before.

Been having lots of white creamy odourless discharge over the last 5 days too.

I guess I'm maybe just needing a bit of a hand hold/reassurance from people who may have had the same experience. I know I need to just try and live in the moment but it's so hard because I want this to work out so badly! My partner wants me to take another pregnancy test tomorrow, the clearblue digi w/ weeks indicator as he was surprised at how positive the tesco test was but I'm not sure how I feel about that yet.

Thanks everyone and happy baby growing to all pregnant mummas

xx
