Should I call the Dr or wait it out?

I have been signed off this week as I was dehydrated and run down by morning sickness. The tablets are helping and I am hydrated now.
Last night I had a bad stomach in the night, bad headache and a sharp pulling pain down the left side of (what I imagine is) my uterus. Still a pulling pain occasionally, but I feel a bit light headed today and have a headache. No bleeding though, should I wait it out or call the Dr? Don’t want to waste their time. This is my second but I didn't have any of this with my first.
I should be about 9 weeks.

I think it would be hard for anybody to comment on symptoms on here - Why don't you ring your GP for advise, they can look at your records and direct you accordingly.

Hope your Ok OP, are you alone? Maybe worth asking a friend or family member to be with you if you are worried and have a little one in the house Thanks

I’m alone, but not really got anyone to call. People or at work or have their own children to look after.
My sister had her first a few days ago so I’ve kept it to myself as it’s her time, if you see what I mean.
DD is at Nursery as I would usually be at work, so I can rest.
I think more than anything I just feel very anxious today.

I had a weird pain yesterday but no bleeding. I was also worried about wasting people's time, but I decided that you can't mess about with these things and called the Early Pregnancy Unit. They were SO KIND, asked me some initial questions, called me in to get checked out by the doctor, never made me feel for a moment like I was being over dramatic. I was in and out in about 40 mins.

At the end of the day, that is what they are there for! They asked me some questions over the phone and decided they wanted to see me - so it wasn't just me, iyswim, they had decided the symptoms needed checking.

Please call your EPU or GP and see what they say!

Btw, they specifically asked me about light-headedness and fever alongside the pain, as those can be signs of an ectopic. But they can obviously also be nothing - it just needs checking.

The Dr was reassuring on the phone and has asked me to go in in a couple of hours to check everything is ok and check hydration.

She checked me over and didn’t seem worried. Feel a bit silly now, but still feel unwell.

Good to know all is well, don't feel silly at all - some of them symptoms could have easily been something more sinister - at least you can rest easy tonight Smile

I had one sided pain at 8 weeks, ignored it then 3 days later I collapsed with a ruptured ectopic.

Silly thing I am a doctor and would have referred a woman for a scan with the same symptoms as me.

It may be nothing - but you need it checked out.
