Painful spd/pgp at only 10 weeks?

Hi so in my first pregnancy I didn't suffer from spd and in my second pregnancy I had it from 16 weeks. This is my 3rd and I have bad pain already at 10 weeks? I fear it will be worse as it has started earlier... has anyone else had it early? Did it get worse?

I got it from about 11 weeks. This is my first. I'm now 32 weeks. I can barely walk now and use crutches whenever I leave the house. It's been slowly progressing since turning over in bed first became painful. My pelvis clicks when I move (at the front and back).

I've always rested lots (barely leave the couch these days) and only worked two days a week (which really aggravated it). I got signed off this week.

It's awful. I thought I deserved a smooth pregnancy after years of infertility and an ivf pregnancy. Turns out I don't deserve to glow.

The only explanation I've found is that I'm hyper mobile in my pelvis.

Just had a pregnancy massage. I feel like a new person. I think it helped me because my pelvis mostly is not out of alignment (although the clicking is a bit scary!). Hope the effects of this massage can last a few days!!

SPD started at 16 weeks in my last pregnancy too and ended up on crutches. I was given co-codomol for the pain which helped loads, especially at night when trying to sleep.

I'm 12 weeks now and for the past week felt like I have a groin injury. I'm sure it's SPD starting again ☹

The pain isn't constant, have pain for a few days, then goes, then comes back so I know its not a pulled muscle. Just need to wait and see what happens. It does kinda ruin the whole pregnancy experience tho, especially when you reach the crutches stage.

Mine started at around 10 weeks. I'm still managing to get around but managing it with rest atm. Not taking any pain killers atm as I find it just masks the pain and I seem to make it worse. I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and really hope g I can continue to manage it this way but I do have a belt and the option of crutches if It gets that bad.

I stared with spd at around 11weeka was just on and off not constant and have been able to bare the pain- now I'm 27weeks also and am aging difficulty keeping a positive mind- I didn't have this with my other 2 children (3yrs and 18months) just feel like crying a lot ! We women put up with so much.

Yes!
Got it at 39 weeks with my first, 30 weeks with my 2nd and about 10 weeks with my 3rd.
The midwife seemed to think it was too early, but I guess my pelvis didn’t get that memo. Hmm

I find walking aggravates it so much but the school run is 25 mins each way... so by the end of today I'm in so much pain 😫 and I'm only 11 weeks today.. it's mainly on the left around the pubic bone and goes in to my inner thigh at the moment. Now without even moving it's aching 😔 iv only just got the sickness under control now this 😏 but it's all worth it 😁
