I've just found out I'm 7 weeks pregnant, well I think I knew around 5 weeks due to prominent early pregnancy signs but didn't take a test until 6 weeks which confirmed it.

I've now reached 7 weeks booked my first midwife appointment and my symptoms seem to be a lot less noticeable now.. My cramps aren't as frequent, but every now and then mostly in evenings and I get nausea sometimes but not yet sick, my breast tenderness isn't noticeable and all I'm left with is bloating, heartburn and gas...

Is this normal?? This is my first pregnancy and I'm very conscious about everything being healthy and right!

Sounds normal to me. Take each day as it comes, some may be worse than others. At 8/9 weeks I could be seriously worn out and vomiting one day and fine the next.

Try not to stress or worry, everyone is so different in the way of how we experience pregnancy and strength of symptoms. Just be cautious and look forward to your scans! :)
