Hi this is my first time pregnancy. The other month I lost my job due to unfortunate circumstances I'm 15 weeks on sat and so I'm at home everyday. I try to do a workout most days, I do housework when It needs done, I try to do other activities but most days I just find myself sitting or lying down most of the day watching telly cause I can't find motivation and some days I'm just tired lol does anyone have any advice for things I can do in the house to make myself more active please help lol

I've been fortunate enough to be able to take a year off too and worried I wasn't being active enough.
In the early days I did work outs and went for walks and just made sure I wasn't eating a lot of rubbish. I also took my vitamins religiously.
Now I'm 36 weeks and it feels like a massive achievement if I've done the housework!
Don't worry too much, as long as you're not gaining a lot of weight too quickly and feel healthy.
Even when I was working I spent 8 hours sat at my desk so not all pregnant women are this perfect picture of fitness despite the books making us feel that we should be!

Why in the house? Get out and walk etc whilst you can and before you get cumbersome and your lungs get squished! Swimming’s great too :)

I did a lot of walking in my first pregnancy when we were living abroad and I was only working a few hours.
