Cramping like period pain

Hi im 12+1 and ive had rrally bad cramping all day like period pain. I have no bleeding but a clear watery discharge. Any ideas what it could be? I dont have my fist scan until monday.

Cramping is quite common as the baby grows and your womb stretches to accommodate it. If you're not bleeding and the cramps aren't so severe they are taking your breath away, it's a pretty normal symptom xx

If you are worried at all just give your midwife a call. I had exactly the same at that stage, went in for a scan the week before my my 12 week scan and all was well. Turns out my 12 week dating scan turned out to be a 15 week scan! It was just my uterus and ligaments stretching.

Oh bless you, I know how worrying it is but it’s totally normal.

Im 19+1 and up until 4/5 days ago had had constant period like cramps all the way through. I’m still getting them now occasionally but they’re not as strong and more like a tight feeling very low down.
