Hi in 26 weeks pregnant and have an umbilical hernia.. it's very sore at times but okay if I rest. Im so worried to have another operation as I've only had one in march on my head /jaw and really don't want another one . I am due to have a c section does anyone know if I they will sort out the same time? Has anyone had an umbilical hernia ? It makes me so anxious .. I also have awful awful SPD which is hurting so much so been signed off for a week feeling pretty upset and rough I feel like this has tainted my pregnancy and we tried so hard to fall pregnant and it took so long. Xx
