Back pain! Ouch

Hey guys me again,

Iv started getting some very odd back pain the past week or so, starts at my lower back/tailbone and travels to my bumcheek and leg making them numb. It's so so uncomfortable and makes it difficult to do stairs or walk. Anyone else had this?? I don't want to waste Midwife's time if it's perfectly normal

Sounds like sciatica to me - I get this in my right bum cheek and it shoots down my leg and hurts so much. There are some exercises you can do if you google but I found they didn't work too much. I sympathise though :(

Agree it sounds like sciatica. Have had similar. Lots of exercises and info online and I also found swimming to help.
