I’m currently on the pill and have had regular periods for a year or so now, my usual cycle is 20-23 days however I’m now at day 30 (meaning my period is 7 days late). I was due on the 1st Jan and had a pinky discharge that day, I thought that was me coming on but nothing else since! Other than headaches for 3 days after, sore boobs and the inability to go to loo... I did a test on the 3rd which was negative but I still haven’t came on my period nor have I even had the stomach pains when I KNOW it’s coming, what’s going on?! How long should I wait to test again?

Have you continued taking it? That's a combined pill isn't it?

Leaflet says:

Occasionally, you may miss a withdrawal bleed. This could mean that you are pregnant, but that is very unlikely if you have taken your pills correctly. Start your next strip at the normal time. If you think that you might have put yourself at risk of pregnancy (for example, by missing pills or taking other medicines), or if you miss a second bleed, you should do a pregnancy test. You can buy these from the chemist or get a free test at your family planning clinic or doctors surgery. If you are pregnant, stop taking Microgynon 30 and see your doctor.

Yes it is, I haven’t taken my pill for the past 3 days to see if it would cause me to come on, I don’t have usually have a break, reason being they’re too heavy and painful without continuing to take them, but my period is regular despite this

So you normally run the packs together and don't have a 7 day break? That would normally stop periods tbh so you are unlikely to be pregnant
