Ribs hurt so much

I'm 36 weeks and I feel the baby is going to break my ribs, it's soo uncomfortable- I can't sit, lay or any position that's comfy. She was head down at my 34 week scan but I think she's still rolling around in there atm.

Any suggestions on how to relieve the pain and discomfort- I'm so tired from lack of sleep too that I'm in a proper grump today

Xx

I'm in the same boat (but 31 weeks). Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's on fire and sometimes it's more achy.

I haven't found a solution, but wanted to let you know you aren't alone.

That and the severe pgp also wake me up many times on a night and then it's difficult to go back to sleep.

Hi! 31 weeks and have been suffering with the same issue since about 28 weeks! Usually burning or an stabby pain!
Weirdly it’s only been on my right hand side but I cannot shift the pain for the life of me everything’s uncomfortable! If I lay on the opposite side it feels like my ribs are folding over one another!
Not a lot I can suggest but when I’m in bed propping bump up with a pillow is better x
