Labour soon? Pelvic pressure, sharp pains, hips aching

Im due on friday and ive had enough. This week everything is just that little bit harder.

I've got shooting pains up my foo. My legs feel like they are ripping out of their sockets and when I'm walking I've got so much pressure on my pelvic bone. Please someone tell me these are all signs of labour starting within the next few days. I'm so fed up I can't take anymore. Whenever I moan at my partner about it, all he says is it's all part and parcel of pregnancy. If I ask for a back rub, he makes out it's so much of a chore. I want this baby put now 😞

Honestly, I sympathise, I'm feeling exactly the same currently! If only we could will ourselves into labour!!

Unfortunately, I've been having this for the last couple of weeks and still nothing, though she has begun to engage. I'm guessing that's what's happening! Also, your joints do loosen when labour is close but I'm not sure it's a sign of imminent labour unfortunately. Though it could be for you, let's hope so!!

Here's hoping we won't be pregnant much longer!!

Love how your partner talks like he's been through it himself Grin Cheeky git.

I'm also due on Friday and have been having sharp pains (saw someone on here describe them as fanny daggers Grin) in my foof for a few weeks. Lots of pelvic pressure also, especially when I've been on a walk or also sitting down for a long time. As PP said, not sure it's a sign of imminent labour- more that the baby is well engaged? Which is a good thing! It's a step in the right direction.
