Or lack off the title should say!!!

Anyone else suffering? Since I found out and just before I can't sleep through the night. Last night was by far the worst.

Does anyone have any tips?

I feel like I already need a nap today.

I can relate, haven’t slept through the night in weeks, best I can hope for now is to only wake up to use the bathroom once or twice. Last night it took me about an hour to go back to sleep the second time I got up, that was a good night. The night before I barely slept at all. If you find a cure let me know!

I had bad morning sickness for two weeks in my early stages and I was awake for maybe 2/3 hours a day, I slept like I was getting paid for it lol I hope you get some rest soon because you will need it, I'm 38 weeks and have barley slept for near a month now!

Good luck OP!

It got better around 14 weeks for me then worse again at 30!

Yep, it's the beginning of the end for a full nights sleep. My first heads up that I'm pregnant is being awake for the day at 4am. I'm generally broody again after they've slept through a few times too, when they are about 2 years old....

My two boys are both wonderful sleepers, wasn't always that way so I guess I've just been used to being greedy with sleep.

First time out of my three pregnancies that I've had to go loo in the middle of the night EVERY NIGHT. I know it's usual for that to happen but I must have just got lucky with the two boys.

Im on night shifts this week so hopefully I should power through them, not that I'd be sleeping at home anyway Grin
