Hi all,
I'm a new mum to be and very early on in pregnancy, approx six weeks.

In the last few weeks Ive had some morning sickness but constantly feel nauseous and as a result I've had a few days off work.

I used to love food, but nothing hits the spot and I never fancy anything. I'm constantly tired and if I don't have a good night sleep I'm an emotional wreck! My poor husband, he's wonderful and I can tell he feels so helpless.

Please tell me this is all normal?!

Yup this is all 100% normal. I'm 25 weeks and still get the nausia and sickness although everyone is different. just take it easy and try not to over do anything

Totally normal, I'm afraid. Mine lasts until 16 weeks. It's grueling.

Things that made me feel a bit better: plain crisps, plain jacket potatoes, lucozade, boiled sweets, some curries, Gaviscon. Avoid strong smells. Sleep as much as work permits. Eat as soon as you wake up. Disturb your weekend lie in to have breakfast, then sleep!

You may need to brave work as it could last a while. Can you work from home? Lying down made everything more bearable!
