Just pg - only 4 weeks. First pregnancy and am ancient

I see a McTimoney chiro regularly for migraine and issues with my neck - next appointment is this week. It works wonders and I really need to go especially now that I can't resort to super strong painkillers.

I don't want to tell a soul about the pregnancy until past 12 weeks - but I'm going to have to tell her aren't I in case it impacts what she can/can't do to me. I know this sounds ridiculous but I feel that if I tell her it will completely jinx everything. But if I don't she might do something that means I miscarry.

I am being daft aren't I and just have to tell her like I would any other professional and hope she doesn't blab it to the whole village

Are there any McT people on here? Are there any specific risks?

Just tell her? Would you rather be safe than sorry?
