Early pregnant

I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant but have been getting a stitch like pain in only my left side at night and it's very uncomfortable anyone experienced this or know what is is? Is it something to worry about?

I'm no expert, I'm 33 weeks with my first pregnancy...but... all I can say is there are some really odd unexpected and weird things that happen during pregnancy. Here is an odd list of my weird happenings (non extensive)

Weird vagina pains, known as fanny daggers (lol).
I had vaginal throbbing quite early on.
Pain in my bum cheeks.
Heel pain.
Red marks on my face.
Muscle spasms.

Each strange thing that happens tends to be 'normal'. Good luck xxx

I’m 4+4 and getting this exact same thing but on the right!! It’s in the centre so sometimes it’s more stomach, sometimes more back. Like clockwork between about 8 and whenever I fall asleep. On and off a bit. I think it’s the womb stretching to accommodate the pregnancy but it’s worrying how similar to period pain it is. But I’ve had it for 5 days now and no AF and lots of BFPs so... :) I think the side thing may be the side you ovulated on. Fingers crossed it’s a good sign for us both x
