Really bad period cramps, back pain and pain in thighs

Hi guys, just messaging on here as I want to know if anyone’s been through this before I start to worry as I don’t want to worry over nothing!
I’m 28+3 weeks pregnant, since the last few days I’ve had pains that feel like my period is coming, across my lower abdomen, my lower back, hips and inner thighs. It’s got to painful that I can’t really move around much, I feel sick constantly and unable to eat much even though I’m starving! I don’t know if it’s a stomach bug as I’ve been going to the toilet (no2 - sorry tmi!) every time the pain gets bad. Just feels like it’s being pushed out so have to drop everything and run to the loo.
It’s gotten worse last night since the last few says to the point where I’ve cried. I’ve had barely any sleep as it wakes me up. Paracetamol hasn’t helped neither has using pillows to rest my back on.

Anyone been through this?? Please let me know I’m trying to avoid going hospital as I’ve gone so many times over nothing and I feel stupid!

It’s also embarrassing and tmi but I’m getting sharp pains down there, both the front and back. So not sure what’s going on

This is not nothing and if you ring them I am sure they will get you straight in for monitoring. Please ring. They absolutely want to help you and it doesn't matter if you have been up there loads already. They don't keep score.
Please please ring.

You need to see someone. Hope you’ve already rung and are getting some support.

The needing the toilet and feeling sick sounds like a bug but I went to hospital a week ago because of period pains and lower back pain at 34 weeks. I was admitted as it turns out I had a bad UTI and high protein levels despite not having usual UTI symptoms.
Always best to get checked out!

Went to get checked. Everything seems ok no infections and baby is fine.
Not sure what the pain is. They think maybe Braxton Hicks but to go back if it worsens.
They’ve given me stronger painkillers to take as paracetamol works for about an hour and then stops

Oh I am so glad. And thank you for updating. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.

I'm glad it was nothing to worry about. You did the right thing getting checked out. I hope the pains ease off soon.
