Anterior Placenta Overlapping Bladder

Currently 29wks, and growth scan has shown my low lying anterior placenta has moved but is still overlapping my bladder.

Has anyone had this, has the placenta moved again as the womb stretches? What are the changes of further movement after 29wks?

What are people’s experiences where it hasn’t moved?

Worried if it stays in position it would likely be GA as opposed to planned c-section.

Over lapping your bladder? I don't see how that's an issue. They only care about it overlapping the cervix at my trust. My placenta is right behind my bladder but clear enough from my cervix for a vaginal delivery should I want it.

I’m currently scheduled for a c-section, due to traumatic previous pregnancy and current medical advice.

Where they would make the c-section incision the placenta and bladder are overlapping. Ordinarily they would move the bladder down, but apparently that’s more problematic if the placenta is there and it has either encroached my previous c-section scar or penetrated the bladder itself.
