Everyone on MN may know this already and I might be the only expectant mother who doesn't but...

Pregnacare doesn't only do folic acid tablets, but they do a 200ml bottle of liquid too! It also has loads of other good vitamins in it that we should be taking daily.

Great stuff if you are utter shite at taking tablets & suffering with horrendous 24 hour nausea - tastes quite alright too.

Here's the link on Amazon:

Currently on offer at £5 something a bottle and it's in 3 for 2 Grin

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0170K26ZE/ref=mpssa118aa_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1546637760&sr=8-8&dpPl=1&dpID=41Ql3wbBT7L&ref=plSrch

Posting just in case it might help a fellow nauseous tabletphobe like me!

Xx

That's brilliant, I've been having to stick with the TTC tablets as they're so small, and topup with haliborange chewable vitamin D. This has got more good stuff in it so I'll be giving it a whirl once I've finished what I've got, thanks for the tip!
