I am 40 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. I have 2 DD aged 10 and 13. I have had a bad pregnancy and been ill throughout. I still continued to work and do all the chores. I put up with entertaining the in-laws over Xmas. I have had no support from DH whatsoever.

I have put up with the house resembling a building site throughout the pregnancy. There some days where I didn't have access to a toilet due to the builders being in the bathroom so had to spend all day traipsing around town just to get out of their way. Obviously DH couldn't see why the lack of a loo might be a problem. The work was finally completed yesterday.

The 13yo has turned in to a mega brat at home and is rude. I've also been called in to school due to her bad behaviour.

Today the DH decided to start digging up the driveway and front garden. Seriously???? I am 40 weeks pregnant and he expects me to navigate the large holes and mounds of mud outside my front door???

Both of my previous labours required hospital stays so I am keeping my fingers crossed for this one. Maybe my ungrateful and lazy brood will appreciate me more if I am out of action for a bit. And it gets me away from the flipping mess and yet more building work.

Wow that sounds tough. Is your DH always so inconsiderate?

Why do you allow your 'D'H to do so little? I'm not sure I'd be having a 3rd DC with such an inconsiderate *%#+€!

God how frustrating! Well I hope you have a straightforward labour but with the option to stay a little if you're comfortable there; I couldn't get out of hospital quick enough. I also have an unhelpful DP and every now and then stay with my mum so that I can feel looked after.
