Fed up - they keep messing up my blood work!!

So now I need to go and get my 28 week bloods done for the fourth time!! They keep losing/ not running my results!!! I'm 31 weeks now ffs!!!

Fed up as I'm now almost effectively housebound (Pgp - can walk about 100m with crutches before it's too painful and I cry!) so it's really hard for me to just 'nip' to the hospital to get them done!!!

I know I just need to somehow get them done, but feeling seriously annoyed!!

Put a formal complaint in and it's unlikely they'll mess up again. I can't believe how awful they've been!
