So so much pain. 33 weeks and it's already hurting to walk.

Trying stretches and I have physio but not for 3 weeks!!!

Any ideas?

I had this last pregnancy- thankfully not this one and I'm 38 weeks so there is hope for your next!
Acupuncture was a life saver- I was sent by the gp for weekly appointments and I swear by it!
