I'm constantly moody can't keep food down much, feel so lazy and upset all the time, literally saying things I don't mean to my partner and have increased anxiety, is this normal?

Yeah, the first trimester is the worst. You're halfway through though. Chin up. Grin

Bigonesmallone3 · 03/01/2019 14:59

Very normal..
U have probably been told and it doesn't help u right now but it will get better, i was like u, I was tired, miserable, couldn't eat or drink, throwing up, losing weight, etc.
I'm now 16 weeks back to pre-pregnancy weight, I still throw up in the morn and have off days but on the whole I feel a million times better than I did!
Also I can eat which helps so much
Thanks
U will get there and congratulations

Totally normal, OP. All I could keep down was mash potato and everything was making me either sick or upset. Try and get plenty of rest and see if there’s anything that can help get you through. I found writing things down if I was feeling shit was good and warm baths to try and relax. One thing that got me through was thinking how it was all happening because I was growing a baby and it would all be worth it in the end Smile - keep going, you’ll get through Star

Not too warm on the bath front though, OP. Hot baths aren't considered safe for the baby IIRC.

Well I’m 14 weeks and doing all the things you’ve mentioned, except I’m keeping all the food down. And I mean all the food in the house, all the time. I dislike my husband half the week, he can’t do anything right and actually he’s an angel it’s me that’s the problem. Feel so lazy have no energy for anything. I hear it gets better though, so just keep plodding on with it X
