Hello everyone, this is my third baby and oh my gosh it’s extremely tiring, with 10 left till my due date it can’t come quick enough! I have a 7 year old and 3 year old at home and I just can’t be bothered to anything, all I want to do is 💤 sleep 😴, had a few signs of labour, tried a hot curry last night from a Indian takeaway and no such luck! Also taking Rasberry leaf tea, any one else feel the same?

Yup. 40+2. First baby. Literally zero signs. I'm miserable 😂

Stephanie3babies · 03/01/2019 13:21

It’s the boredom and the waiting that’s the worse bit, like a ticking time bomb but I know what’s coming lol 😂 have u had a sweep from your midwife? Iv got one booked for next Friday hopefully will work? xx

I'm only 20 weeks and have a 2 year old at home. It's so tiring being pregnant with the demands of a toddler. I feel for you having 2 whilst being pregnant. Hopefully baby no 3 comes soon :)

Stephanie3babies · 03/01/2019 13:29

I defo know how u feel it’s the toddler!! They are cute and funny one minute and the next he’s screaming because he can’t find his train and his drank all of his milk 🥛! It’s like god give me strength! 😳😂

I'm pregnant with number 4 and due in 10 days and fed up now. All I get is can I have this can I have that I sit down and need to get up as someone wants something. Trying to do all the washing and cleaning so won't be much to do. I just want baby out now to feel normal again lol..

SadCupcake · 03/01/2019 13:40

@Stephanie3babies my sweep is booked for tomorrow thank god, but I'm worried that it's going to do absolutely nothing! Xx

Stephanie3babies · 03/01/2019 13:50

Omg! This is me! Every 5 min it’s driving me crazy from 6.30 in the morning till 8 pm at night, I feel like going on strike 😂 x

Tbh a sweep has never worked for me in my previous pregnancies, but for some people it works the same or next day, can’t hurt to try and not painful, just relax and don’t tense, dosnt take long at all, u will be fine just take a pad incase your plug comes loose, fingers crossed 🤞 for you that it works, lots of walking up hills or the stair case 😂 good luck xx

Large pack of fresh pineapple worked for me with both my pregnancies. In fact with DD I ate a box just cos I fancied some (forgot) and she was then 2 weeks early!

rach2713 · 03/01/2019 14:16

I do aswell but if I do that the house will go to pot also still need to go and do a shop but really can't be bothered. Also in the middle of getting the youngest in the same bedroom as her sister so can get baby stuff up in my room my list is endless and can't be bothered Confused..

Stephanie3babies · 03/01/2019 14:30

Ohh I’ll give the pineapple a go thanks for the tip!
And rach2713 do your shopping online, saves taking the kids, getting dressed, having to move lol 😂 my toddler has decided to have a nap on the sofa all that whining and moaning and being up since 6 ish must have worn him out thank god !! Iv still got 4 piles of washing to put away and bathroom to bleach as it stinks of boys pee 😭😢 the joys of a boys house 🏠...

Yes, I’m 39+6 and have a 6yo and 4yo at home. Very tired, pretty grumpy and impatient with them. There’s a lot of tv and tablet time going on in our house this holiday!
I’m having a sweep next week if nothings happened by then (both previous labours started with a sweep so I never feel I’ll start without one).

Honeybee79 · 03/01/2019 14:53

37 + 6 with an 8 year old and a 2 year old. I feel your pain!

SoyDora · 03/01/2019 14:55

41 weeks with a 5 and a 3 year old at home... I feel your pain!

SoyDora · 03/01/2019 14:56

And neither of them would entertain a nap... so far today we’ve walked the dog, baked cakes, done crafts and now they’re bored apparently!

Willow1992 · 03/01/2019 15:04

I am 34+5 with horrible SPD it feels like so long to go, everything feels like a struggle. My 4 year old is quite easy going, but I mostly feel guilty that I am not able to do enough with him. Sad

myotherbagisgucci · 03/01/2019 15:09

I'm 30 weeks with a 12 month old, and I'm bloody knackered. DD1 doesn't walk yet, so having to carry her round is soooo tiring! All I want to do is have a hot bath, relax and watch Netflix.

Stephanie3babies · 03/01/2019 15:36

Well Iv managed to clean the piss bathroom up with half a bottle of bleach and scrub the bathroom floor on my hands and knees! And put the washing away so today is successful day! 🤣 still have feed the kids some at tea time, it’s never ending 😭

Omg willow1992 I feel your pain Iv had it since 22 weeks got referred by my gp to phiso but hasn’t helped much, night time is the worse for me all the pain starts at tea time ish, and the more I do in the day the more I pay for it later! Lol 😂 gp gave me Codeine to help with the pain I take them at night time otherwise I’d be asleep all day, maybe visit you’re GP and see if they can help you x

Also 38 weeks with a 7 year old and 3 year old! Very impressed you've managed to scrub floors as I can hardly walk, its all got a bit much for me this week. I just want to nap and conserve my energy for the birth but no chance of that! I'm trying my best (and probably failing) to entertain the children but @willow1992 I feel so guilty too.
