Lower abdominal cramps at 34 weeks

Evening all

I’m 34+2 and experiencing cramps really low down. I’ve had them intermittently but this evening I’ve just had it consistently. I know it’s not a contraction and I’m only 4/5 engaged (I had my midwife appointment on Monday who confirmed that).

What’s causing it and how can I ease it? I’m wondering if I’ve just overdone it today. Did anyone else experience this?

I feel for you, I'm 33 weeks on Friday and past two days I've been having quite bad/constant period type pains and stabbing pain down there baby is moving loads and I'm just so uncomfortable 😞

That’s just it. It’s so uncomfortable Sad

I’m not going on maternity leave until 3 days before my due date due to money issues and I don’t know how I’m going to put up with another 5.5 weeks of it!

Yep I have had loads of this for weeks - I am now almost 38 weeks! Apparently I look like I am in labour as I have to puff though the pain and my ligaments and belly are stretching daily (big baby) . You will get through it, but rest as much as you can!
