Small lump?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is pregnancy related or not but my husband is concerned and tbh so am I a little. I'm only 14 weeks and my small baby bump is visible in tight tops or without clothes but very easily concealed still in my jeans. I have this evening felt a significant sized lump just below my rib cage at the front but toward the right side so not really positioned on my bump. If I was further along I'd have presumed it was a little foot or something. It's hard but moves if I push it, it's probably a couple of cm width and my husband can feel it so I'm not imagining it. He is stressing more than I am. It probably isn't pregnancy related but has anyone ever experienced this? Thanks in advance. X

Our bodies are full of lumps and bumps so it’s likely nothing to be concerned about however I’m a firm believer that if you find a lump anywhere’s get it checked by GP x

Thanks @lymphy the docs will be my first call in the morning. I've googled (I know that's a bad idea) but as suspected it's telling me I have got a hernia that should be painful or stomach cancer come up-neither of which I'm thinking it will be so I'll see what the professionals think. Xx
