Stomach pain

Hi everyone

Just wanted a bit of advice really. I’m 11 weeks 3 days and every evening about 5.30pm I start to get a sore stomach. It’s like a dull aching pain and my stomach gurgles and rumbles almost like hunger pains regardless of how much or little I’ve eaten. It gets worse as the night goes on and makes getting to sleep a nightmare. It doesn’t matter if I’ve been sick that day or not, it’s like clockwork every night. It’s not even like nausea, it’s more painful but not like excruciating. It’s just really uncomfortable. Just can’t figure out what it is to try and take something to ease it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Thanks in advance for reading and any advice xx

Indigestion? Pregnancy plays havoc with our digestive systems. I've heard of lots about f women taking habits on during pregnancy but check with midwife or gp.

Hmm I mentioned it to the midwife at my booking in, they said could be indigestion as well. I’ve tried Tums and Gaviscon but not had much luck with either. Maybe just need to try a bit more of it. Just so random that it’s like clockwork every night!

Constipation?

SiobhanM89 · 01/01/2019 22:22

I thought maybe constipation as a side effect of the anti sickness tablet I was given to manage Hyperemesis, but again I still get it regardless of whether I’ve taken a tablet or been able to ‘go’ that day. It’s so frustrating
