Sorry TMI but I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I have been getting horrible fanny dagger pains shooting up in to my stomach from my vagina. What is this pain? Is anyone else suffering from this? Have googled it but can't seem to find much Sad

Gosh these bloody things! I had them at 28 weeks was the worst, i had to sit with a hot waterbottle between my legs as they were so sore! They made my back hurt, belly hurt was awful! It pressure, i found bouncing on the birthing ball to encourage her to move helped. On day 2 of having fanny daggers i had a scan booked anyway, it turned out her head was right down and that was causing the pain!
Mine have since gone and I'm 30 weeks but I'm sure they'll return with vengeance!

No daggers as yet. But fanny bubbles, which feel very.... odd! What is that about?

Currently 32wks, so maybe daggers are still to come.

Me! 35+3 and this baby is using my area as a punching bag! Unfortunately, I don't think it goes away until north 😩

Had it with my first and remember it well! Xx

It's so awful isn't it. Literally stops me in my tracks, hoping it doesn't continue all the way to the end! I remember having them on and off with my first but not until much later on , a few weeks before having him! So it's freaking me out a bit I don't want her to come yet I'm not ready lol!

32w6, started getting these, had knitting needle crotch early on, but this is different. Was fretting it could be start of SPD? Confused. My baby is breech so don’t think it’s engagement pressure yet

I had SPD with my last, began at 37 weeks. It was the pits. Praying it's not that! Urgh Confused

I got this last week!!! Had no idea what was going on - I'm only 20 weeks gone and never experienced it at all with my DS so it was a bit of a shock till I googled and found it was a thing!!!
