Going for a chinese meal - anything I shouldn't be eating there?

Still being baffled by the pregnancy food rules, keep forgetting what's ok and what's not!
Meeting friends at a chinese restaurant at the weekend, I know I shouldn't eat the prawns but is everything else generally ok?
Thanks!

Very sensible advice ladies! I agree that dodgy buffet food is probably a bigger risk than the odd prawn or peanut. It is the kind where they bring a selection of dishes to the table for us to share, rather that going up to a big communal buffet that's been lying out all evening, so should be ok. Wish me luck in this risky venture ha ha!

So am I ok to eat the sushi then? I can't get enough of the stuff!

Can you believe it, were all going to the local chinese buffet for lunch today at work, no one know's I'm pg and to make matters worse, I cant eat seafood, eggs or nuts because of allegies in the family! This is going to be my toughest outing yet!!

PS - Personally, I wouldn't eat sushi unless I made it myself, you don't know how long it has been sitting around for..
