Hi all. I had a chemical pregnancy in august. Found out on sunday that im pregnant again. Its taken me 2 week and 5 tests since missed AF to get BFP. Iv still been doing multiple tests since, as im so paranoid about having another chemical. I had 2 bfp on sunday. Another 2 bfp yesterday, first one was a clear line darker than the previous day, and a clear blue saying 1-2 weeks. This confused me as i should be 6 weeks if im going off my last period. Anyway iv done another test this morning and got a quite a faint line. Shouldnt the lines be getting stronger? Is it possible im having another chemical?

If you test really close together, the lines don't have time to get much darker. It sounds like you ovulated about two weeks ago, so 'late' for you, probably which means af would have been late by the same number of days or you'd get your bfp late.

Take one day at a time. There's nothing you can do IF this is going to be a chemical pregnancy. I'm sorry you're going through so much worry, but it can go either way.

Thank you. I guess ill wait to see if i bleed, or give it another week or so and test again.

If clear blue is saying 1-2 weeks it estimates you conceived then.

Your GP would date this as around 3-4 weeks.

Unfortunately the weeks indicator is not always that accurate.

If you were to search for clear blue 1-2 weeks on here you would find lots of threads with questions or doubts about them

Sounds as though you’ve ovulated late. I went for an early Sm with my last pregnancy, by my LMP I should’ve been at least 8 weeks but ovulated over a week late so was only measuring 7 weeks which would’ve been a worry for me if I hadn’t realised I’d ovulated late.
