Swallowed a tiny amount of liquid diffuser

Hi all

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and I’ve stupidly been battling with a bottle of reed diffuser trying to remove a plastic plug, without really thinking I’ve tried to pull it with my teeth (not something I usually do but it was annoying me!) and I’ve accidentally swallowed a tiny amount of green tea and jasmine liquid in the bottle. I’ve immediately drank a lot of water and used mouth wash etc, I feel fine and tbh I’m really not bothered about me I’m just thinking about my little one.

I’ll keep an eye out on the symptoms if I’m sick etc, but I’m just thinking as it was the smallest amount am I just over worrying? OH has already told me it was stupid (which I’m already aware) but I’m starting to panic abit now. This was only around 20 minutes ago and I can still feel her moving away like normal. So annoyed at myself Sad

I would say the potential choking hazard posed by the plug would be much greater than ingesting a small amount of the fluid, which you've now heavily diluted with water. Try to relax. And use pliers next time, that's what I have to do to get the fucker out!

Thank you! I’ve never used one before but pliers sound like a much more sensible choice, I’m not sure why my teeth crossed my bloody mind in the first place.
