6 weeks pregnant, miscarriage?

I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and previously had 2 miscarriages. Everything has been running smoothly until today when I've started spotting. It's a brown colour which I know is a good sign, but I can't help but feel like it's happening all over again. Trying to stay positive but finding it very hard. I feel like I'm about to start a heavy period. Anyone else had anything like this and carried on with a healthy pregnancy? I don't really want a early scan as I had this the last two times and it all looked fine but still miscarried after the scans. Heartbroken if this is the start of another!

Sorry to hear this OP. If it helps, I had brown spotting at around 7 weeks along with some mild cramping. It stopped after a couple of days and I’m now 28 weeks pregnant. It could go either way which I know doesn’t help any x

@Ambs81 congratulations!! It's very hard to stay positive isn't it. But like you say every day gets better. Just enjoy it and wish you all the best for your pregnancy xx
