I am about 4 weeks pregnant and I just started bleeding yesterday like I had started my period. Then last night when I got home from work I had passed a couple blood clots. When I wipe I have a few as well. My blood is bright red. I took 4 pregnancy test and they have all came up positive. I also have cramps but they aren't bad they are just like period cramps what could this mean??

I'm sorry to hear you are going through this. I've had a number of miscarriage and it does sound like what you're experiencing could be the start of an early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy. I've also had spotting during early pregnancy but it was brown and did not include any clots. You should know in the next day or so which way things are going. I know from my own experience there is little anyone can do to prevent a miscarriage at this stage sadly but it is important that if you have severe pain or heavy bleeding you seek medical help as it could be an ectopic.
