Am I reading too much into this?

Just had my 34 week midwife app, all is well. However, after she wrote on my green notes, she had another bit of paper(that looked like a sheet out of green notes) with my name on top and started filling that in as I was leaving.

Is this normal? I've never seen her do this before and I'm a little concerned..

Anyone has this before?

They have to add information to your doctors notes to send to your GP and so on. It was probably just that. Did you ask?

No lol! I should've done, honestly thought nothing of it in the appointment, only when I've got home my paranoid mind working overtime
