I found out yesterday that I'm pregnant. I think i'm in week 3 or week 5 I couldn't understant the test results and my doctor appointment is tomorrw. Anyway, i'm really worried now after reading about what I should do and I should avoid during my pregnancy.
for the last 3 weeks I've been taking super hot showers & baths (could be 120 f), usually for more than 10 min. I enjoy it and it keeps me warm. However, now I read that it is very harmful to the baby especially at this early stage (could affect brain development). i'm so scared an I dont know what to do now.
I havent been healthy at all the last ccouple of weeks and was very stressed from work. This could affect the baby right?

what should i do now, i cant sleep fom overthinking :(

Please don't stress yourself and worry! Honestly try and stay away from reading things about what could happen if you eat this or do that as you'll drive yourself insane. Obviously most women in the first few weeks, conception onwards up till missed period/pos test won't know they are pregnant and many will drink, smoke, eat the "wrong foods" have hots baths, saunas etc etc. Baby will be fine, obviously you aren't supposed to have super hot baths so don't stop having a bath (I did read in here someone asked how they are going to wash when they aren't allowed to have a hot bath 🤦) just have it a bit cooler. I still had mine moderately hot just not I look like a lobster hot. Doctor will reassure you and also advise on what vitimins to start taking, foods to avoid or eat in moderation etc. All the best xx

Had a super hot bath around the time I was first pregnant. I had stopped getting them so hot wheels. We started TTC but due to an awful cold and the fact we hadn't been "up to" much that month I figured I wouldn't have fallen pregnant so decided to indulge in what could possibly be my last red hot bath for months, and that's exactly how it turned out. 39 + 1 today and had the smoothest most text book pregnancy ever. You'll be fine x
