I joined Mumsnet in September after finding out I was pregnant. Since then I've found out I'm carrying twins, and this weekend we found out we're having a girl and a boy.
My anxiety levels have been through the roof and Mumsnet has really, really helped. I've received advice, tips and a good talking-to from other parents of twins and children close in age along the way. I couldn't thank you all enough for just being there even if we've never diretly spoken to each other.
Best of all I've made a new friend through Mumsnet - a lady who found out she is having twins the same day we found out we are too. She is in danger of become a very real, real-life friend!
Merry Christmas to each of you, your families and of course, your babies! Next year will be totally different... and totally hectic!
