White blood cells in urine no infection

Hi ladies, im 12 weeks pregnant, routine urine test after fainting on busy tube found trace white blood cells but no bacterial growth. (Also slightly anaemic so started iron tablets). I don’t have any symptoms of a UTI or vaginal infection. GP told me to retest in 2 weeks thinking it must have been a contaminated sample. However I gave two samples 2 days apart and same for each so I don’t think so. (Also neutrophils in blood had increased). She gave me antibiotics (Nitrofurantoin) to take if I do get a UTI over the holidays.
Generally feel well but obviously usual pregnancy symptoms, peeing more often and sometimes nauseas but less so now.

Don't want to leave to chance, any recommendations or similar situations? Thank you and merry Christmas!

Also they tested me for blood clot in legs brain and behind the eyes , they then thought it could be asmatha kicking in .

Pregnancy is such a weird and wonderful thing xx

I had raised levels throughout my pregnancy, never felt symptomatic of an infection though so never took antibiotics. Happened at every appointment so the consultant just monitored it.

No bacterial growth is good news as no point taking antibiotics (I had to have nitrofurantoin for an asymptomatic UTI and they made me feel worse so had to swap them). If you've not felt unwell (other than the usual!) since fainting and still feel alright now I'd just sit tight and hang on to see if retests show anything new.

Making sure you're doing a mid stream urine test can help, sometimes catching the urine straight away can give false positives
