So I'm due on my period but I'm a few days late. I'm on the pill (the one you take for 3 weeks then have a week break) been on this pill for 3 months now. Had some cramping but I'm due on so wasn't bothered. Went toilet today and passed this strange thing. Sorry if it's tmi or gross but genuinely worried. I still have cramps, very light spotting bright pink. Just wondering what this could be that I have passed. I'm guessing it could be uterine lining? Never happened before ever. Cramps quite uncomfortable but still no real bleeding. Sorry if the picture is too much.
