Early symptoms mistaken for PMS???

Just wondering... Has anyone thought they were going to start their period because they were having their normal PMS symptoms only to find out they were actually pregnant?
I was due to start today but still a no show! I have all my usual PMS symptoms, sore boobs, cramps and mood swings. Only difference this cycle is I had a weird episode of spotting about 9 days ago. It only lasted a few hours and nothing since. Just wondered if any of you experienced implantation bleeding and/or the usual PMS before getting a positive?? I'm currently too scared to test as I can't face seeing a negative.

I had the usual PMS symptoms but found out I was pregnant one day before my period was due. I was absolutely exhausted that day so my partner suspected it!

There's only one way to find out though and that's to do a test. I hope you get the BFP you so badly want, and soon :)

Yes. I had an inkling I might have been pregnant but the first test I took was negative. I then started bleeding a couple of days later which I just presumed to be my period. I missed my next period so tested again and it was positive, and what I thought was a period previously would have actually been implantation bleeding.
