Stitch like pain?

Has anybody ever had it when they're walking and they can feel stitch like pains all across their belly?

I'm 20 weeks, woke up this morning with a sharp pain in my left side that subsided, got worse then was out shopping and had to stop because it was so painful.

The only thing that helped was 2 paracetamol and sitting down for about 20 minutes!

Is this what ligament pain feels like?

I used to get this stitch like pain low down on either side of my belly, especially if I was doing anything strenuous.

It was put down to round ligament pain. I tend to get it fairly early in pregnancy.

@Iswallowtoothpaste Thank you!

The pain seems to have gone now thank god and I hope it says that way.

I don't know I always thought round ligament pain was more common in the first trimester rather than the second but I guess I was wrong 😂

Seems a coincidence I've had this pain today and I've woken up this morning and a bump has appeared out of nowhere! I'm definitely stretching lol

I had this on and off quite a lot from about 16 weeks, it was pretty intense sometimes, and hit most of the time when I'd walked for more than 10 minutes. I had to sit down for about 20 minutes until I could walk again. I still get it occasionally now at 35 weeks. Nothing helped as much as a bath :) I've put it down to ligament pain, and my midwife agrees.
