I have terrible back pain due to having degenerate discs! Are we allowed to use deep heat creams?

If you know a forever living rep then there heat lotion can be used as it's been approved as being steroid free and approved my medical bodies. But you CANNOT use it anywhere near your bump. There might be others out there you can use but I know this one you deffo can x
