Early labour ?

Hello all. I'm currently 24 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Been having contraction pains for 2 weeks now midwife did a ffn test which came back positive had steroid injections for lungs and brain for baby and home now with pain killers for contractions. I thought tonight I'd have a check at my cervix I could fit just over my fingertip inside but it felt tight at the top still. Do you think this is starting to dilate or not ?

If you're having contractions and your test came back positive then it will be starting to dilate. It sounds like you might be 1cm maybe? If you're worried 100% go to triage. Especially considering your circumstances! Good luck
