Would anybody know of any magic home remedies to help with severe headaches?
Paracetamol won't help, sleeping doesn't help and ive tried sinus medication and sprays and using ice packs. Can anyone help please?

Have you spoken to your midwife (or midwife triage) if you're pregnant? Severe headaches that don't go with paracetamol can be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

I found when I had headaches and was checked for pre-eclampsia which I didn't have, I was actually low on electrolytes. I got myself some coconut water and that really helped.

Definitely get some proper medical advice.

Definitely talk to your doctor/midwife however I've had bad headaches for years and Tiger Balm white ointment has worked wonders for me and I've converted people in work too. It's not cheap, about £7 for the little jar, but honestly it works way better than paracetamol for me. You take a tiny bit and rub it in we your forehead and temples. Just make sure you wash your hands after.

I've had to get codeine for my headaches from the doctor , tiger balm is not safe in pregnancy as advised by my doctor so please check before using it
