14 weeks abdominal pain all day

I think it's trapped wind, but my lower abdomen is so sore, worse when walking. I have sat on the loo for ages, finally did a motion and it didbt ease things at all, nor was there any release of gas. Im now literally on all fours on the floor, rocking to try and pass it. The past week I have alternated from being unable to pass a motion to having explosive motions. I'm actually miserable and don't know what to do!

Go and see your gp and get something to make you regular. My biggest regret of this pg (due nowish) is that I ignored this kind of thing early on. I now have massive thrombosed hemorrhoids which could probably have been avoided if I'd have looked after myself betterSad
Also watch out for dietary triggers, if I give up gluten I have much more success on the loo. Maybe you could spot something similar with your diet?

Just wanted to say if it’s not wind related I had exactly the same as you for a week, bit windy / yummy pains accompanied by spotting, think in the end it was ligament pain and went away on it’s own thankfully after a week. Hope yours goes away too!
