I posted yesterday, yesterday I got a completely unexpected bfp after me and partner where having protected sex. I'm due on on the 23rd. We only had sex two occasions this month so I'm either 10 or 12 days pregnant, yesterday I would have been either 9 or 11 when I got the positive result.

I was in denial and tried telling myself it was an evap. After spending literally £50 on tests, I came to the conclusion it wasn't after multiple tests producing the same result and clear blue saying 1-2 weeks.

The top test is my first positive from yesterday evening.

The bottom two tests are from this afternoon and this evening (the bottom one was taken 2 mins before taking this photo) sorry about the photo quality, it was taken on my iPad.

My concern is, the line doesn't seem to be getting darker and it's very faint. I'm confused because with my last two I had a strong positive around 13-14 dpo (didn't test before that)

Is it normal to have tests this faint and ones that don't rapidly get darker (as you can see there isn't much shade difference if any compared to yesterday's) I'm worried that I might be having a CP

The line probably won't get much darker over the course of the day as it takes 48 hours for hcg to double. If you were weight all day to take tests, your hcg would be less concentrated over the course of the day.

You mentioned it was a complete surprise after having unprotected sex??
