Can anyone suggest the best bump bands to buy? Some reviews seem to suggest lots lose their elasticity.

Thanks x

I bought a size 12/medium from George and it's tiny, more like a 8....

Whats it for? Ive got spd/pgp and got referred to physio (wouldnt of bothered getting a band if not)

The support bandage is magic, couldnt find a picture of it but looks like the ones you put on your wrist or ankle. I feel like im stuffed into a sausage casing... but honestly really helps, really takes the weight of your bump. You can wear it all the time aswell, even in bed!

The emma jane one (doesnt go over your bump but directly over your pelvic bone) is suuuuppperrrrr tight, but fits round my mahoosive hips! Physio said to only wear it if I know im going to be on my feet for longer than 10 mins (i.e walking to work, doing the food shop)

Im a 22/24 pants size if that helps.. :)

@captainshortie Just to help clothes fit and add a bit of smugness, don't need proper support (yet!).

Had lovely cotton ones that were perfect in my previous pregnancies, but wasn't in the UK.

Happy Christmas Eve x
