Currently 19 weeks pregnant with Twins and so far haven't felt a thing (this is my first pregnancy). Had the doppler on at 16 weeks and both heartbeats were heard and were good.

Just feeling a little anxious

Please don’t feel anxious - even for twins 19 weeks is early/average for movement

Depends where placenta is an all sorts

I was bang on 19 weeks with my first so I'm sure there's still time to feel! I guess twins don't have as much room for moving around so maybe it won't be as obvious at first! (That also might be total bs!!)

I felt mine early at 14 weeks but some days wouldn’t feel anything, which made me more nervous!! I have a posterior placenta but my friend recently had twins and she didn’t feel hers until 24 weeks due to anterior placenta! I’m sure it won’t be too long before they are kicking you to bits!! X

I'm 20 weeks on Sunday and only been feeling movements for about a week only if I really focused to try feel them it's totally normal some people don't feel for a long while yet. Congratulations xx

Maybe about 17 weeks. But I think it depends on where your placenta is. I've felt a lot of movements all pregnancy but a friend due at a similar time says she hardly feels any due to her anterior placenta.

mrsed1987 · 19/12/2018 22:14

I was 20 weeks and 5 days

Chellie28 · 20/12/2018 09:36

With my first it was after my 20 week scan before i felt any movement and even then it was something i had to concentrate to feel and i felt most movement at work when i was sitting at a desk quietly. There is no normal time to feel anything, relax and you will be feeling movement before you know it :)

CobaltRose96 · 20/12/2018 10:55

This is my first baby and I have an anterior placenta. I didn't feel any movement until I was 22/23 weeks and even then it wasn't regular until 25/26 weeks. I'm now 29 weeks and feel her all the time.

jessstan2 · 20/12/2018 11:32

About sixteen weeks.

Don't feel anxious, lots of people don't feel movement until later. I had one friend who experienced no movement throughout entire pregnancy and the baby was fine!

Thank you everyone, it's reassuring to know that it differs so much for each person.

I have my 20 week scan next week so I'll find out where the placenta's are and see whether this could restrict me feeling movement quite as much.
